* Vision Design Boards/Design Plans are meant to be used literally, by purchasing the specific products shown or conceptually, by using the basic concepts shown and applying them to your own product selections. Each design plan allows for two alterations after completion.
4) DIRT INQUIRY CONSULTATION
Have a design problem that you can’t wrap your head around? I will be glad to help you with that in one simple email.
Includes:
· My design guidance, and how I would solve the design issue (written ideas for colors, fabrics, space dilemmas, lighting, and other design elements.)
· Answer any design questions/concerns you may have about the space
(This consultation does not include a Vision Design Board, a floor plan, or resourcing.)

5) ON –SITE DIRT CONSULTATION
If you live close by and would like a personal design consultation, I would be glad to assist you. Includes:
· One-on-one consultation in your home

· Room re-styling (you might be amazed at what you can do with what you have)
· Home staging for re-sale
On-Site Consultation: $75.00 per hour
6) NEW CONSTRUCTION or RENOVATION
If you live locally (near Mobile , Alabama
May Include:
· One-on-one consultation in your home
· Custom designed floor plan

· Complete set of construction documents ready for permitting

For New Construction or renovation consultation
In order to provide you with the best service, please provide the following:
· Photos of each wall in the room
· Measurements of:
- Room - each wall
- Ceiling height – please note if the ceiling is vaulted, etc.
- Windows -height above floor, width, height of window, placement on wall (measurement from wall)
- Door – Height, placement on wall (measurement from wall)
· Examples of rooms, spaces, styles, and colors that you love (and those that you hate). These can be magazine clips, photos, pins (Pinterest), etc.
· A list of furniture that will remain in the room along with dimension (height, width, depth) and a photo of the furniture.
· Most importantly….your budget
· Design Services are non-refundable. I strive to create spaces that reflect each client’s styles and needs. It is important for you to let me know your likes and dislikes so I can meet your design goals and expectations. This space is created specifically for you and should meet all of your needs aesthetically and functionally.
· Design consultations are limited to the United States of America
· The designer reserves the right to all design materials produced.
· No personal information about you or your space would ever be distributed without the home owner’s written consent.
· Consultations payments are designated for one room only. Rooms that serve duel purposes (office/playroom) are considered two rooms, and shall be billed as two rooms.
*Services Rendered:
1. Once payment is received you will be added to design schedule in the order of receipt.
2. You will be notified by email when you are next on the schedule. Please provide all documents (photos, measurements, ideas, etc.) requested at this time. If your documents and information is not received within a week from the request date, I will have to proceed to the next project, and your project will be placed on hold until the current project is completed.
3. Project lead time is 2-4 weeks depending on design consultation package. You will be notified of your project specific lead time once job commences.
